Architect – Interior

Position Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and creative Architect Interior to lead the interior design and execution of large-scale preferred aviation terminal building projects across Pan India. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in interior architecture design and project management with a proven ability to deliver innovative and functional interiors while meeting quality budget and timeline objectives.

Role and Responsibilities

• Conceptualize and develop innovative interior design solutions for terminal buildings ensuring functionality aesthetics and passenger comfort.
• Create detailed interior layouts material specifications and design presentations aligned with project requirements and standards.
• Plan and optimize interior spaces to enhance operational efficiency and passenger experience.
• Ensure seamless integration of interior designs with architectural and structural elements.
• Select appropriate materials finishes and furnishings that meet durability sustainability and aesthetic standards.
• Collaborate with vendors and suppliers to source high-quality materials within budget constraints.
• Work closely with architects engineers contractors and project managers to ensure alignment of interior designs with overall project goals.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to address design challenges and incorporate feedback into interior plans.
• Ensure interior designs comply with aviation regulations safety standards and environmental guidelines.
• Present design concepts and updates to clients and senior management.

Qualifications :

• Bachelors degree in architecture
• Minimum 8 years of experience in interior design and execution.
• Significant experience in terminal building projects or large-scale infrastructure projects is highly desirable.
• Strong creative and conceptual thinking skills to deliver innovative and functional interior designs.
• Strong focus on precision and quality in all aspects of interior design and execution.
