Manage the electrical equipment and systems of the factory to ensure their normal operation and safety including maintenance inspection and replacement of transformers generators wires junction boxes and other equipment.
Monitor the operating status of the equipment promptly identify and solve problems to avoid power failures and shutdowns.
Responsible for developing daily maintenance plans for electrical equipment to ensure its reliability and stability.
Collaborate with suppliers and external maintenance teams to ensure that equipment can be promptly repaired and restored to normal operation in the event of a malfunction.
Ensure the safety of electrical equipment and systems understand and implement relevant safety standards and regulations such as fire prevention explosion prevention grounding requirements etc.
Regularly conduct safety inspections and testing to ensure the safe operation of electrical equipment.
Train and guide team members to improve their skills and knowledge levels.
Provide professional advice and recommendations on electrical aspects to ensure the reliability and stability of the electrical system.
Work closely with other departments to coordinate and drive project progress.
Qualifications :
Bachelors degree major: electrical engineering .
Have at least 3 years of experience in electrical mechanical and electrical automation or related fields.
Experience in managing electrical facilities and participating in electrical construction in large production-oriented enterprises is preferred.
Proficient in the operation maintenance and repair skills of high voltage (such as 66kv/10kv) and low voltage (such as 380v/220v) electrical specialties.
Ability to develop specific construction plans and technical briefings for electrical engineering.
Familiar with national regulations standards and safety regulations related to electrical equipment management and operation.
Strong team communication coordination and stress resistance skills.
