Job Responsibilities

  • Build strong relationships with ophthalmologists hospitals and medical centers in your territory
  • Promote surgical vision products and grow sales to achieve targets
  • Support doctors before during and after procedures (including OT support when needed)
  • Plan and run product training inservice sessions and demos for doctors and nurses
  • Support cataract system demos and work closely with application and technical teams
  • Grow the business by finding new customers and new opportunities
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities and share insights with management
  • Manage consignment stock and ensure excellent customer service at all times

Job Requirements

  • Bachelors degree in any relevant field
  • Preferably 5 years and above of sales experience preferably in medical devices or pharmaceutical companies
  • Experience calling on hospitals surgeons or healthcare professionals
  • Strong communication and presentation abilities
  • Confident in negotiation relationship building and problem solving
  • Wellorganized able to manage multiple accounts and priorities
  • Selfdriven energetic and motivated to achieve sales results
  • Customerfocused mentality with a passion for healthcare
