Duties: | As the Cybersecurity Analyst with the City of Lloydminsters Information Technology department you will play a critical role in designing and implementing organizational security architecture as well asmaintainingand enhancing the integrity and security of our computing environment. The role will include responsibilities such as forming and enhancing network security policies and procedures collaboration with several internal and external groups designing/maintaininga robust security architecture vulnerability management incident management security awareness and management of EDR/MDR tools. This position demands a strong understanding of security protocols and standards networking principles and a proactive approach toidentifyingand mitigating potential will also be working with business units to developimplementand promote an information security and risk-aware culture following an Enterprise Security Risk Management (ESRM) approach. Schedule: | Normal working hours are Monday to Friday 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. with the occasional requirement to work outside these standard hours. This position may also berequiredto work on call shifts. |
