At Parks Hospitality Group we are seeking a highly skilled Dual Property Chief Engineer to oversee the maintenance and repair of the hotel facilities. You will be responsible for maintaining all hotel systems including HVAC plumbing and electrical ensuring that the hotels remains in excellent working condition.
What Youll Do:
- Oversee the maintenance of hotel facilities ensuring all systems (HVAC plumbing electrical) are functioning properly.
- Manage a team of engineers assigning tasks and supervising maintenance operations.
- Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs and schedules.
- Ensure compliance with health safety and environmental regulations.
- Manage budgets for maintenance operations and track expenses.
- Provide technical guidance and training to engineering staff.
- Conduct regular inspections to monitor the condition of equipment and facilities.
- Respond to maintenance emergencies and assist with troubleshooting.
What Youll Need:
- 5 years of maintenance experience including 2 years in a leadership role.
- In-depth knowledge of hotel systems including HVAC plumbing and electrical.
- Strong leadership and management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and handle emergencies.
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Proficiency in budget management and cost control.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work across departments.
