Job Summary
This well-established private hearing healthcare practice in Texas is seeking a full-time Audiologist or Hearing Instrument Specialist to join its team and float between two established locations in Athens TX (3 days per week) and Corsicana TX (2 days per week). This opening is due to a long-tenured provider retiring creating an excellent opportunity to step into a stable role with an existing patient base.

Schedule & Practice Environment
- MondayFriday 8:30 AM 5:00 PM
- Established offices focused on routine diagnostics patient care and hearing aid dispensing
- No pediatrics no ABRs no VNGs
- Solo-provider offices with support from a Patient Care Coordinator
- Modern state-of-the-art facilities with advanced equipment
- Private practice setting with a strong retail hearing aid sales focus
Patient Mix & Clinical Focus
- Patients generated through marketing television direct mail word-of-mouth and third-party referrals
- Approximately 60% insurance-based / 40% private pay
- Primary manufacturer is Starkey with some flexibility

- Sales and objection-handling strategies

Compensation & Benefits
- Base salary plus commission (flexibility in structure)
- Strong earning potential: $80000 on the low end $100000 for high-performing closers
- $10000 sign-on bonus

Qualifications
- Audiologist (Au.D.) or Hearing Instrument Specialist
- Must be licensed or eligible for licensure in Texas
- Self-motivated and comfortable working independently
- Patient-focused with a sales-minded approach
