Role Summary

RSM is seeking a Temporary Manager Regulatory Compliance Reporting to support Compliance QARdriven reporting and dashboarding for large banking institutions. This role requires a seasoned compliance and/or internal audit professional who understands compliance reporting and the maintenance of supporting documentation that withstands regulatory and internal audit scrutiny. The individual will serve as a hands-on leader ensuring reporting accuracy auditability and maturity.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead development and delivery of Compliance QAR reporting dashboards and executive presentations for large banking clients.
• Design review and maintain dashboards and reports ensuring alignment with internal standards and governance expectations.
• Develop and retain supporting schedules source data documentation and backup files to support audit conclusions and management reporting.
• Perform data validation reconciliation and quality assurance to ensure reporting integrity.
• Provide hands-on oversight coaching and quality review for junior team members supporting audit reporting.
• Support compliance activities including issue tracking issue validation management action plans and exam support.
• Identify reporting gaps and recommend enhancements to strengthen audit governance and transparency.

Required Qualifications

• 5 years of Banking experience (preferably in compliance) within large banking institutions.
• Strong understanding of banking regulations and products.
• Proven experience developing dashboards executive reporting and committee materials.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel PowerPoint and Power BI.
• Ability to operate independently in a client-facing consulting role.
