Job Summary
Position: AOI Inspector Operator
Location: Gardena CA
Shift:1st 6am - 2:30pm overtime when needed

Key Responsibilities:
Operate AOI machines to inspect SMT assemblies for defects
Perform visual inspections using microscopes per IPC-A-610 & J-STD-001 standards
Conduct solder touch-up hand soldering and rework of thru-hole and SMT components
Review blueprints BOMs and assembly instructions to ensure quality compliance
Document inspection results and follow verbal instructions from supervisors
Support additional tasks as needed
Requirements:
High school diploma or GED; 35 years of related experience preferred
IPC-A-610 & J-STD-001 certification required
Detail-oriented organized and able to work independently
Proficient in English; organized and reliable
We participate in E-Verify.
Must pass drug and background.
Pay rate- $22-$25 per hour
