Job Summary
Our Orthopedic Clinicoffers a range of specialty services providing innovative collaborative and compassionate include orthopedics plastic surgery metabolic bone and osteoporosis. Looking for an experienced nurse to join our multidisciplinary team. By bringing together the right experts resources equipment and procedures our patients will receive top-notch comprehensive care.
The Orthopedic Clinic RN leads a team of Medical Assistants on a daily basis in this busy multi-disciplinary ambulatory setting. The candidate must have demonstrate leadership talent in supporting directing providing resources and education for the M.A. team. This requires a nurse who has excellent communication delegation and leadership skills. Other duties include managing schedules supporting and assisting providers Epic In-basket management and problem solving.
Shift:Full-time 8 hour day shifts w/flex start times between 7:45-9am (No weekends No Holidays No on-call)
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years recent RN experience and demonstrated experience managing medical assistants or techs
- Associate degree in nursing from an accredited School of Nursing required BSN to be completed within four years
- Current Maryland or Compact RN license
- CPR certification - AHA Red Cross or Military Training Network accepted
- RN experience required but will train!

Salary Range: Minimum 38.49/hour - Maximum 59.66/hour. Compensation will be commensurate with equity and experience for roles of similar scope and cases where the range is displayed as a $0 amount salary discussions will occur during candidate screening calls before any subsequent compensation discussion is held between the candidate and any hiring authority.
