Desktop Support Engineer

Edenred PayTech is looking for a proactive and customerfocused Desktop Support Engineer to join our Technology Operations team. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys solving problems supporting colleagues and keeping systems running smoothly in a fastpaced regulated fintech environment.
What youll be doing
Youll play a key role in ensuring our people have the tools access and technology they need to perform at their best.
- Deliver first and secondline support across hardware software and user access
- Troubleshoot Windows O365 networking and device issues with confidence
- Manage laptop builds imaging and device lifecycle tasks
- Support onboarding and offboarding including account setup and equipment provisioning
- Maintain accurate asset records and documentation
- Collaborate with wider IT teams to escalate issues and support project delivery
- Champion great customer service and help drive continuous improvement
What youll bring
Youll be someone who enjoys variety communicates clearly and thrives in a collaborative environment.
- Experience in a desktop or service desk support role
- Strong knowledge of Windows 10/11 O365 Active Directory and basic networking
- Confidence supporting hardware peripherals and mobile devices
- Ability to prioritise and manage multiple tickets in a busy environment
- A customerfirst mindset with excellent communication skills
- Experience in a regulated or corporate environment is beneficial
