Join us for a 1-year paid internship designed to let you apply your classroom learnings to real world challenges. Our internships have a thoughtful balance of networking executive speakers community involvement big meaty projects (no paper filing here!) and fun!
Responsibilities
- Support the Distributor Business Manager in managing relationships and negotiations with wholesalers.
- Develop and analyze promotions for the computing category ensuring weekly and monthly performance tracking.
- Support portfolio and pricing management on HPs digital platform ensuring proper alignment of prices product visibility and offers.
- Plan monitor and report on Demand Generation Funds (DGF) allocated to wholesalers.
- Contribute to the development and growth of the volume monitor category through marketdriven strategies that increase brand presence.
- Prepare and deliver the weekly results newsletter for distributors communicating key sales inventory and performance metrics.
- Conduct analysis and reporting on:
- Sales performance
- Inventory levels
- Market share and participation
- Use Power BI advanced Excel and other analytical tools to manage and analyze business data.
- Maintain effective communication with customers and support account followup activities including retail support when required.
- Manage business information with accuracy and attention to detail.
Education and Experience Required
- Enrolled in a university program in Business Administration Marketing or Industrial Engineering.
- Advanced Excel and Power BI knowledge (Python is a plus).
- Strong skills in:
- Communication
- Time management
- Information management
- Customer interaction
- Account followup (retail/wholesale)
- Sales knowledge or interest is a strong advantage.
- English level: B2.
