Our intern program is intended to enhance your overall learning experience give you an opportunity to make an impact have some fun and meet great people along the way.
Join us for a 1-year paid internship designed to let you apply your classroom learnings to real world challenges. Our internships have a thoughtful balance of networking executive speakers community involvement big meaty projects (no paper filing here!) and fun!
Responsabilidades:
Ingreso de órdenes de compra en los sistemas propios de HP para las distintas categorías: Cómputo Impresión y Supplies.
Carga de los planes y creación de actividades definidos por el equipo comercial en las herramientas de partners/alianzas: Windows Intel AMD. Así mismo generación de IDs de los mismos.
Ejecución de las acciones en PDV previamente definidas por la estrategia comercial de HP
Procesos de presupuesto: control de los gastos por acciones ejecución del mismo.
Revisiones de status de ejecución con agencias
Creación de sustentos para rendición de cuentas a los partners cada cierre de Q.
Apoyo en la ejecución de los planes definidos por el equipo comercial y trade de HP: seguimiento de de implementaciones control de minutas de reuniones etc.
Apoyo y soporte en reuniones con los retails en los que se deberán ejecutar acciones de trade en PDV
Apoyo en el monitoreo de personal de trade (a modo de aprendizaje) y rutas en punto de venta y para asegurar el éxito de la ejecución de planes
Revisión junto al Trade Marketing Manager del análisis de las inversiones realizadas por actividad
