Job Summary

Your Team Responsibilities

The Analyst is responsible for aggregation and reporting of underlying portfolio company investments of private capital investment partnerships. Data is compiled through the examination and analysis of direct fund manager reporting and other sources leveraging advanced data tools and AI-enabled technologies to improve efficiency accuracy and scalability of data processing. This information is compiled on behalf of institutional asset owner clients who use the information for transparency into portfolio composition and analysis of exposure and risk.

Your Key Responsibilities

Detailed review and analysis of private capital partnership financial statements to compile and maintain specific holdings details utilizing AI-assisted tools for data extraction validation and comparison where appropriate.
Become familiar with a wide variety of methodologies for tracking investments valuations and proceeds including technology-enabled and automated approaches.
Perform audit and other quality control functions for the content set applying AI-driven checks alongside established control processes.
Effectively communicate details of reporting and compilation methodologies.
Meet personal and team deadlines through collaboration with team members making effective use of AI and digital tools to support workflow management and productivity.

Your skills and experience that will help you excel

Bachelors degree in Finance Investments AccountingEconomics or related disciplines
Familiarity with private capital investment structures and fund-level data.
Proficiencyin Microsoft Excel and familiarity with databasessuch as Python orSQLarea plus.
Demonstrated ability to work with numerical data and documentation with strong attention to detail.
