The Sr. Demand Planner ensures companys operations are timely efficient and cost-effective. The duties include estimating future product demand analyzing inventory flow and developing forecast models based on industry trends and demand patterns be the key stakeholder and influencer for the Integrated Business Planning process(EBP).To succeed in this role you should be professional highly-analytical and possess excellent communication skills
Universal Accountabilities
- Maintain a constant relationship with the sales marketing finance sourcing and manufacturing teams to understand the demand forecasting drivers in Col & PR
- Responsible to conduct EBP Commercial Review for CO & PR
- Propose and implement solutions to improve demand forecast accuracy at deep level of aggregation
- Challenge the forecasts from the sales teams and the usual runs (historical data seasonality market trends special offers budgets) with relevant data analysis
- Monitor and report on important changes in sales forecasts budgets and business strategies
- Using and maintaining the demand planning software
- Responsible for the co-packing process and plan with 4PL
- Report of forecasts Service and inventory KPIs
Required Skills and Experience
- Bachelors degree in business supply chain or other relevant fields
- A minimum of 3 years experience in a demand planning/forecasting role
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work independently remain flexible and handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- High level attention to detail and organization
Working Relationships
- Reports to Latam Demand Planning Manager.
- Key relationships internally include Supply Planning W&D Customer Service Sales Marketing Finance & BI.
- Interact with Leadership Teams Commercial Director pars in other Countries Regions
