About You

You will have:
- FRANZCP (or eligibility for specialist registration with AHPRA)
- Demonstrated experience in Old Age / Older Persons Psychiatry
- Proven or emerging clinical leadership experience (Clinical Director Clinical Lead Head of Unit or equivalent)
- Strong interest in service development governance and team leadership
- Commitment to high-quality patient-centred community mental health care
- Senior medical leadership role with real influence over service direction
- Competitive Staff Specialist / Clinical Director remuneration package

Youll provide clinical leadership and governance for the Older Persons Community Mental Health Service while helping shape future-focused recovery-oriented models of care.

- Leading and supporting psychiatrists registrars and the MDT
- Driving service development quality improvement and governance
- Working closely with executive leadership primary care aged care and inpatient services
- Contributing to teaching and workforce development
