Job Summary
Are you an experienced and strategic School Business Manager looking for a rewarding leadership role A high-performing secondary school in Reading is seeking a School Business Manager to oversee finance HR operations and compliance starting January 2026.
About the Role:
This senior position includes financial planning HR management site and operations oversight health & safety compliance contract and procurement management and leading administrative teams. You will work closely with the Headteacher to support whole-school improvement.
