Head of Affiliates (crypto & FIAT)

JobMatchingParther is assisting a well-established iGaming Operator with finding a Head of Affiliates. This role is über-exciting as it is due to consistent growth that the need for a Head of Affiliates has arisen a brand new role!
Reporting directly to the CMO you will lead a team of currently three affiliate managers all working fully remotely from various countries.

The Head of Affiliates will manage the driving of traffic to several fast-growing crypto casino and sportsbook brands across global markets.
Salary idea 60-90K.
The salary offered is not set in stone but negotiable.

Role & Responsibilities

• Lead your remote team of affiliate managers to successfully acquire build and nurture successful and profitable affiliate partnerships

• Increase affiliate traffic and revenue

• Negotiate profitable deals set bespoke commission structures and maximise ROI while ensuring your affiliate partners are happy and continuously drive valuable traffic

• Develop and optimize acquisition via affiliation strategies

• Set up and implement bonuses and incentives continously analysing results and tweaking campaigns to get the ultimate performance and maximal ROI

• Track and analyze affiliate metrics including deep demographic data

• Represent the company at various industry and company events globally

Required Skills & Experience

• Several years as Head of Affiliates / Lead for successful affiliate team

• 3 years in iGaming affiliation (on the Operator side)

• Strong network with iGaming crypto affiliates

• Excellent track record of performance with other Crypto-driven brands

• Winner mentality

• Excellent business acumen; understanding of actual profitability

• Previous experience of leading affiliate team(s)

• Highly analytical

• Excellent negotiation & communication skills

• Fluent in English is a non-negotiable requirement both written and spoken as there can be no room for misinterpretation especially when leading a fully remote team

About this role

• Salary idea from 60-90K basic

• Bonus depending on profitability
