The project and the team
The CTO Office is a senior engineering unit focused on technology strategy experimentation and enablement. We work across delivery teams sales and marketing tackling the most complex technical challenges and exploring new directions before they become mainstream offerings. Projects range from deep technical PoCs in networking and infrastructure through critical support for strategic customer engagements to defining technical narratives used in presales conferences and publications. This role is not a delivery position tied to a single long-term project. It is a high-impact engineering role with broad influence.
Your role
As part of the CTO Office you will:
Design and implement proofs-of-concept and technical prototypes in networking and infrastructure domains.
Support commercial and delivery teams in solving the most complex technical problems.
Act as a technical authority in presales activities and strategic customer discussions.
Explore and validate new technologies architectures and approaches (automation observability performance AI-assisted networking).
Share knowledge internally and externally through blog posts conference talks and meetups.
Help shape new technical offerings offering accelerators and company-wide best practices.
Do we have a match
As a Senior Networking & Infrastructure Engineer you should meet most of the following criteria:
Proof of minimum 7 years of professional hands-on operational experience in computer networks and infrastructure (routing switching protocols cloud or data-center networking).
Hands-on engineering experience and ability to design build test and debug real systems.
System-level thinking and ability to reason about trade-offs and architecture.
Comfort working with ambiguity and exploratory projects.
Strong communication skills both written and spoken.
English at least B2 level C1/C2 preferred.
A perfect match candidate will also have:
Experience with network automation or programmability.
Exposure to customer-facing roles consulting or technical presales.
Public speaking technical writing or open-source contributions.
Curiosity for adjacent areas such as observability performance engineering or AI for networking infrastructure.
