Position:Shopify Customer Service Representative
Working Hours: Full-Time Monday to Friday 12:00 - 8:00 pm CST

Salary: $900 - 1000 USD (depending on the clients final offer)

About the Role:
We are seeking a dedicated and personable Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a Customer Service Representative you will be the first point of contact for our customers providing support and troubleshooting through our Shopify platform. This role requires excellent communication skills a customer-centric attitude and a strong understanding of Shopify.
Role Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer support through the Shopify platform.
- Respond to customer inquiries and issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Troubleshoot customer problems using the provided templates and resources.
- Maintain a positive empathetic and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
- Ensure customer satisfaction by addressing and resolving complaints effectively.
Requirements:
- Has at least 1 year of experience in Customer Service (entry-level candidates are welcome to apply).
- Experience with Shopify Google Suite and Slack is required.
- Familiarity with Gorgias and ShipStation is a PLUS.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
