Tasks
Your impact
- Play a key role in building opus GTM motion to significantly scale revenue over the coming years
- Own and optimise key sales and growth channels from outbound and inbound to partnerships and pilots
- Build and manage direct relationships with industrial B2B customers
- Drive the sales cycle end-to-end sourcing qualifying and closing customers with scope growing alongside your strengths
- Contribute to building the founding GTM team and shaping how we sell learn and scale
Requirements
What makes you a great fit
- Experience building or scaling initiatives in GTM RevOps or Growth Engineering
- Strong customer empathy and business sense to understand pain points and buying dynamics in B / 2 / B environments
- Ownership mindset with enthusiasm for running initiatives end-to-end including hands-on and unglamorous work
- Strong communicator in German who gains energy from working with customers
- Comfortable operating in fast-moving in-person teams with high ambition and low ego
