Job Summary

Job Title: Customer Service Specialist (Dutch & English)
Location: Cologne (Hybrid)
Contract: Permanent Full-Time

Tasks

As a Customer Service Specialist you will be the main point of contact for customers using the companys online marketplace. You will manage a wide range of enquiries build trusted relationships and ensure that every interaction is handled with professionalism efficiency and care.

You will work closely with internal teams across operations logistics finance sales and support to resolve issues manage escalations and deliver a seamless end-to-end customer experience.

What You Will Be Doing

  • Acting as the first contact for customers via phone email and digital channels
  • Handling enquiries related to orders processes logistics finance and claims
  • Investigating and resolving customer issues quickly and effectively
  • Managing escalations and coordinating with internal stakeholders
  • Building strong long-term customer relationships through clear communication and service excellence

Requirements

  • C2 level Dutch and B2/C1 level English (written and spoken)
  • Minimum 3 years experience in customer service customer support call centre or similar roles
  • Confident communicator with strong problem-solving skills and a calm approach under pressure
  • Comfortable working with multiple systems (e.g. CRM ticketing tools Microsoft Office)
  • Experience in automotive logistics or digital marketplaces is an advantage but not essential full training will be provided
