Job Summary

Candidates MUST be WI residents or willing to relocate to WI at their own expense prior to starting. This position can work 100% remotely (within the state of WI).

Computer Platform Service Batch Operations technician. Responsible for monitoring scheduling and troubleshooting various IT schedules and jobs in Control M mainframe and enterprise environments providing a high degree of customer support for applications supported mainly by DWD DCF and DHS.

Third shift and weekend shift coverage required.

Must haves (5 yrs):

-M Mainframe & Server Monitoring

Oral and written communications

Nice to haves:

Office Suite

Control M- Mainframe / Client Side Changeman Informatica

Control M (5 years)

JCL (5 years)

Excellent oral and written communication and documentation (5 years)

Nice to Have Skills:

Application Development and Support of CICS/DB2/COBOL/JCL Mainframe Systems: Using Changeman CNTL-M or the like

Informatica

MS Office Suite

Previous experience providing this service for government a plus and experience with DWDs environments will be especially valuable
