3-5 Must Haves	What youll bring - Experience: 5 years of experience in project controls within the construction or engineering industry with at least 2 years hands-on with Power BI. Proven track record of integrating BI solutions to reduce data redundancies in project environments. - Technical Skills: Proficiency in Power BI (Power Query data modeling) SQL for data extraction and familiarity with project management software (e.g. Primavera MS Project or Oracle Aconex). - Analytical Abilities: Strong ability to develop KPIs analyze complex datasets and translate technical insights into actionable business recommendations.
