Job Summary

Job Description:

We are seeking a meticulous Customer Data Specialist to join our team at Panno this role you will play a crucial part in managing and optimizing customer data ensuring accurate records for improved decision-making and exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities:

Input and update customer information and property details into the companys CRM with precision and completeness.
and audit data entries to identify and correct errors inconsistencies or outdated information.
Generate data reports to support real estate teams marketing and sales departments in lead generation and campaign optimization.
Maintain and enhance the CRM system for seamless integration with marketing tools and sales pipelines.
Identify and implement process improvements to enhance the efficiency of data entry across departments.
Collaborate with sales marketing and customer support teams to ensure accurate and actionable data for decision-making.
Ensure compliance with relevant privacy laws and company policies in handling customer data.
Assist customers and internal teams in retrieving specific data for property searches account updates and transactions.

Qualifications:

High school diploma required.
1 years of experience in data entry administrative roles or data management preferably in real estate or customer service settings.
Experience with CRM software such as Salesforce or HubSpot is a plus.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel with the ability to handle a high volume of data accurately and efficiently.
Strong attention to detail excellent communication skills and the ability to prioritize effectively.
Knowledge of real estate terms and processes is advantageous but not required.
Proficiency in managing customer data and ensuring confidentiality is essential.
