Overview
The Analytics Data Engineer designs builds and maintains scalable data infrastructure and integrations that support enterprise analytics and operational systems. This role focuses on enabling reliable data flow across Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) ERP platforms and other business applications to ensure high data quality security and availability for reporting and decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

Design build and support data pipelines databases and data warehouse/lake architectures
Develop ETL processes to ensure accurate consistent and reliable data across systems
Build and maintain integrations between WMS TMS ERP and other enterprise platforms using APIs and SQL-based tools
Monitor database performance and troubleshoot data and pipeline issues
Develop database maintenance optimization and archiving solutions
Partner with application analytics and business teams to deliver data solutions for reporting and analytics
Implement data security access controls and governance best practices

Qualifications

Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Systems Data Analytics or related field
7 years of experience in data engineering data warehousing or Lakehouse environments
Strong proficiency in Python and SQL including stored procedures and data loading processes
Experience with Microsoft data platforms (e.g. Azure Fabric Synapse or similar)
Hands-on experience with ETL tools and data integration frameworks
Experience integrating ERP and WMS platforms
Experience building analytical datasets and dashboards using Power BI or similar tools
