Are you a passionate Pediatric Speech-Language Therapist eager to empower children and families in their homes Join our compassionate therapist-owned home health agency where you can make a real difference in the lives of children and families. We are seeking a dedicated SLP to provide individualized care to patients ranging from infancy through young adulthood (ages 0-20). As a therapist-led organization we prioritize quality care work-life balance and a supportive team environment. You are in charge of your schedule we only ask that you reserve a few late afternoons for school aged patients. Clinical Fellows are encouraged to apply!
Responsibilities:
- Provide in-home speech therapy to pediatric patients with diverse needs including developmental delays speech and language disorders and feeding/swallowing challenges.
- Collaborate with families caregivers and interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
- Empower families with education and strategies to support their childs progress.
- Document assessments progress and goals in compliance with agency and regulatory standards.
Requirements:
- Current state license as a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP).
- CCC-SLP certification or Clinical Fellow candidate
- Passion for working with children and a commitment to providing exceptional care.
- Reliable transportation for home visits.
