Job Title: Pediatric Home Health Speech Therapist (Ages 0-20)

Job Description:

Are you a passionate Pediatric Speech-Language Therapist eager to empower children and families in their homes Join our compassionate therapist-owned home health agency where you can make a real difference in the lives of children and families. We are seeking a dedicated SLP to provide individualized care to patients ranging from infancy through young adulthood (ages 0-20). As a therapist-led organization we prioritize quality care work-life balance and a supportive team environment. You are in charge of your schedule we only ask that you reserve a few late afternoons for school aged patients. Clinical Fellows are encouraged to apply!

Responsibilities:

Provide in-home speech therapy to pediatric patients with diverse needs including developmental delays speech and language disorders and feeding/swallowing challenges.
Collaborate with families caregivers and interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
Empower families with education and strategies to support their childs progress.
Document assessments progress and goals in compliance with agency and regulatory standards.

Requirements:

Current state license as a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP).
CCC-SLP certification or Clinical Fellow candidate
Passion for working with children and a commitment to providing exceptional care.
Reliable transportation for home visits.
