Job Summary

Location: New York NY 10002
Position Type: Full-time

Schedule: 8-hour day shifts Monday to Friday
Role Summary:
Evergreen Medical PLLC is looking for Family Nurse Practitioner to manage a daily patient load of 25 35 patients providing comprehensive primary care services to both adult and pediatric patients in accordance with physician guidelines.
Responsibilities:
- Perform physical examinations and preventive health measures
- Evaluate diagnostic tests to assess clinical problems and healthcare needs
- Record physical findings and maintain accurate medical records using ICD codes
- Formulate treatment plans and prognoses based on patient conditions
- Prescribe or recommend medications and other treatments
- Refer patients to physicians or specialized healthcare resources as needed
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Licensed Nurse Practitioner (board-eligible or board-certified)
- 1 year of experience preferred but not required
- Fluent in English and Chinese (bilingual required)
- Excellent communication bedside manner and organizational skills
