Job Summary:
An Academic Counsellor helps students navigate their educational journey by providing guidance on academic planning course selection career opportunities and personal development. They assess students interests strengths and goals to support informed decision-making about education and career paths.
Key Responsibilities:
Student Guidance & Support:
- Advise students on course selection degree programs and career opportunities.
- Assist with academic planning to ensure students meet graduation requirements.
- Provide information about scholarships internships and extracurricular activities.
- Advise students on course selection degree programs and career opportunities.
Career & Educational Counseling:
- Help students explore career options based on their skills and interests.
- Offer guidance on university applications entrance exams and study abroad programs.
- Conduct career workshops personality assessments and aptitude tests.

Academic Performance Monitoring:
- Track students academic progress and suggest improvement strategies.
- Provide support for students struggling with academic or personal challenges.
- Coordinate with faculty to develop intervention plans for at-risk students.

- Offer advice on time management study techniques and stress management.

Requirements
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelors or Masters degree in Education Psychology Career Counseling or a related field.
