Key Responsibilities:
Telecalling: Engage with potential students over the phone to provide information about our courses and services.
Career Counselling: Guide students in making informed decisions about their career paths and development.
Lead Management: Maintain and update the CRM with accurate information on leads and follow-ups.
Target Achievement: Meet and exceed enrollment targets by converting leads into admissions.
Feedback Collection: Gather feedback from students to improve our services and offerings.
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in any field.
12 years of experience in telecalling or career counselling.
Excellent communication skills in English and Tamil.
Proficiency in using CRM software and MS Office.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
