Job Summary

Role Summary

The Head of Human Resources will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive HR strategy that enables organizational growth enhances employee experience supports business objectives and nurtures a high-performance culture aligned with Rossaris values and future expansion plans.


Key Responsibilities

Strategic HR Leadership

  • Lead the development and implementation of a data-driven HR strategy aligned with the companys business growth operating model and cultural ethos.

  • Act as a strategic partner to the leadership team to drive workforce planning organizational design and talent priorities.

Talent Acquisition & Workforce Planning

  • Design and execute recruitment strategies for key leadership roles critical technical positions and mid-to-senior level hires across functions.

  • Build strong talent pipelines and employer branding in the specialty chemicals and biotechnology markets.

  • Learning & Leadership Development

  • Drive leadership development competency mapping and succession planning.

  • Oversee learning programs that improve capabilities across functions including technical and managerial tracks.

  • Performance Management & Culture

  • Lead the performance management framework to strengthen accountability development and rewards.

  • Champion a culture of innovation inclusion and engagement that aligns with corporate vision.

  • Compensation Benefits & HR Operations

  • Oversee compensation and benefits structures to ensure competitiveness and internal equity.

  • Ensure HR policies HRMS and processes support efficiency compliance and scalability.

  • Industrial Relations & Compliance

  • Ensure full compliance with statutory and labor regulations in all operational states and manufacturing units.

  • Maintain positive employee relations and handle escalations with discretion and diplomacy.

  • Employee Engagement & Retention

  • Drive employee engagement initiatives surveys recognition programs and wellness strategies to improve retention and morale.

  • Masters degree in Human Resources Business Administration or related field; advanced HR certifications preferred.

  • 15-20 years of progressive HR leadership experience preferably in manufacturing specialty chemicals biotech or related sectors.

  • Demonstrated experience handling strategic HR functions organizational transformation and leadership development.

  • Solid knowledge of Indian labor law compliance frameworks and HR best practices.


  • Qualifications & Experience

  • Masters degree in Human Resources Business Administration or related field; advanced HR certifications preferred.

  • 15-20 years of progressive HR leadership experience preferably in manufacturing specialty chemicals biotech or related sectors.

  • Demonstrated experience handling strategic HR functions organizational transformation and leadership development.

  • Solid knowledge of Indian labor law compliance frameworks and HR best practices.
