A luxury hotel in Cape Town is seeking an experienced Club Supervisor to ensure the smooth operation of its club facilities while delivering an exceptional guest experience. The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising staff managing day-to-day operations and maintaining the high standards expected in a luxury environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and support club staff to ensure excellent service standards.
Monitor daily operations to maintain efficiency organisation and quality.
Ensure guest satisfaction through attentive professional and personalised service.
Assist in scheduling training and development of club team members.
Ensure compliance with health safety and hygiene standards.
Handle guest enquiries feedback and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
Support management in implementing policies procedures and club initiatives.
