Job Summary
Requirements
Minimum 2 years of medical laboratory experience with mandatory experience in transfusion or transplant (HLA) laboratory.
Experience in transplant/HLA laboratory is an added advantage.
Strong communication skills in both Malay and English (spoken and written).
Good interpersonal skills with a strong focus on customer service.
Strong analytical troubleshooting reporting and presentation skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word Excel PowerPoint).
Responsible independent well-organized and able to manage time effectively.
Proactive in learning technical knowledge related to instruments reagents software and clinical diagnostic applications.
Must have own transport and be willing to travel within Malaysia (travel allowance provided).
Preferably Malaysian citizens.
