Job Summary:
The Corporate Driver will provide safe timely and professional transportation services for company executives and official assignments while ensuring the assigned vehicle is maintained in excellent condition. The role requires discretion reliability and a strong sense of responsibility.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide safe and efficient transportation for official company duties and scheduled assignments.
- Ensure the vehicle is clean well-maintained and meets safety standards at all times.
- Carry out routine checks on vehicles and ensure they are in good working condition.
- Perform periodic maintenance such as oil changes battery checks and refueling.
- Keep accurate travel logs including destinations travel time and mileage.
- Determine optimal routes based on traffic patterns and ensure timely arrival.
- Adapt to unexpected situations such as traffic delays or adverse weather conditions.
- Report any vehicle defects accidents or traffic violations promptly.
- Maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times.
- Perform emergency roadside repairs when necessary (e.g. changing tires replacing bulbs).
Other duties as assigned by the Admin Manager
Requirements
- Minimum of SSCE or equivalent qualification.
- Valid professional drivers license with a clean driving record.
- At least 5 years of experience as a corporate or executive driver.
- Excellent knowledge of road safety regulations and traffic laws.
- Familiarity with major routes and alternative roads within and outside the city.
- Basic knowledge of vehicle maintenance and troubleshooting.
- Physical fitness and ability to work long hours when required.
