Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative and operational support to the sales team coordinating learning and development activities and ensuring efficient data and information sharing.
- Prepare consolidate and maintain sales-related documenta and analyses in line with management requirements (e.g. SFDC sales performance GPS reports monthly attendance and commission reports meeting minutes).
- Support the preperation of commercial and tender offers inc. reviewing contracts and documentation and liaising with legal experts when necessary.
- Contribute to the development of sales presentations promotions materials and other sales tools.
- Support sales team Account Managers and management in addressing and solving customer complaints in cooperation with other departments.
- Ensure accurate contract entry validation and cross-checking in cooperation with Account Managers and Key Account Managers.
- Provide full administrative and organizational support perform other tasks as assigned by management or direct superior.
Essential:
- Completed secondary school education
- Minimum 35 years of experience in sales support administrative or customer service roles.
- Professional knowledge of MS Office CRM systems preferably Salesforce
- Capability to collect process and analyze data
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills teamwork abilities
- Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail
