Your Key Responsibilities
- Deliver engaging and impactful training sessions to various stakeholders.
- Inspire positive road safety behaviour change through compelling presentations.
- Conduct training sessions in diverse formatsclassroom virtual and hands-on learning.
- Evaluate training effectiveness through feedback and continuous improvement.
- Adhere to our high standards of professionalism integrity and safety at all times.
Qualifications :
What Were Looking For
- Education & Experience: A third-level qualification in Training Education or Community Work (or exceptional experience in one of these areas).
- Strong Communication Skills: Ability to connect with people of all ages and backgrounds.
- Passion for Road Safety: A genuine drive to make a difference in communities.
- Tech-Savviness: Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel Word Teams).
- Independence & Teamwork: Works well autonomously and collaboratively.
- Adaptability & Energy: A positive proactive approach in a changing environment.
- Attention to Detail: Organizational skills that ensure smooth training sessions.
- Child Protection Awareness: A clear understanding of safeguarding responsibilities.
- Full Clean Driving License (Category B): A company vehicle will be provided.
- Fluent English (Irish an advantage).
