Job Summary
Richfield School District is seeking a highly motivated and qualified K-12 Principal. The District operates on a four-day school week schedule and benefits from exceptional parental and community Details & BenefitsThis is a 190-day contract position with a competitive salary determined by experience. We offer a comprehensive benefits package designed to attract top talent including:Insurance: Medical dental life and disability & Holidays: Five paid holidays sick leave and personal : Participation in the PERSI retirement Development: Annual reimbursement of $300 for professional development or continuing education plus up to an additional $1500 annually for obtaining endorsements or advanced degrees. We maintain strong administrative parental and community support along with small class and TechnologyThe District is committed to modern education and facilities:Technology: We provide school-wide wireless internet access two 24-station computer labs and a 1:1 Chromebook program for grades 7-12. K-6 students use touchscreen Chromebooks via classroom carts. Students utilize online courses for credit recovery curriculum enhancement and advanced opportunities/college : In August 2018 voters approved a $4 million bond for a new gymnasium an Ag Shop and HVAC system : We successfully provided face-to-face instruction throughout the recent school year and recently secured a 21st Century grant to offer five years of after-school and summer CultureExtra-curricular activities are vital to our school community with many students actively participating in athletics FFA and BPA.
