Job Summary
2025-2026 Track Season - Sherwood High School
Start Date: March 2 2026
Previous high school coaching experience recommended. The coach will assist the varsity coach in all aspects of the program and will be responsible for a sub-varsity team. The applicant must be able to display the following attributes:
- A commitment to high ethical and professional standards
- A demonstrated ability to lead young student-athletes toward academic and athletic excellence
- A strong ability to communicate effectively with a wide variety of stakeholders
- Skilled in organization time mangement and a commitment to the vision of the Sherwood Atheltic Program
- A great understanding of the training skill development and coaching techniques involved in high school track and field
- The ability to generate excitement and enthusiasm for the sport of track and field throughout the community.
- A commitment to the importance of academic excellence and achievement for all student-athletes in the program
