About the Role
Youll play a key part in keeping our office running smoothly and supporting our commitment to excellent customer service. Your responsibilities will include:
- Providing general administrative support to the Director and Customer Care and Operations Manager (data entry filing scanning and record management)
- Greeting customers answering and directing phone calls and professionally monitoring/responding to emails
- Maintaining accurate records databases and office documentation
- Assisting with invoicing and basic accounts administration
- Supporting internal staff and management with ad hoc administrative tasks
- Ensuring confidentiality and compliance with company policies and procedures
About You
Were looking for someone who brings:
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- A high level of attention to detail and accuracy
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word Excel Outlook)
- A level of maturity and experience necessary to communicate with a diverse range of people
- The ability to work independently and as part of a team
- A friendly professional approach to both colleagues and customers
