Job Summary
As a Home Health Aide at University Home Care Inc you will provide essential in-home care and support to our clients inHillsdale MI. You will assist with daily living activities ensuring the health safety and comfort of individuals who require assistance due to age illness or disability.
Responsibilities
- Assist clients with personal care tasks such as bathing dressing grooming and toileting.
- Help with mobility and transfers to prevent falls and ensure safety.
- Monitor and report any changes in clients health or behavior to healthcare professionals.
- Provide companionship and support to promote emotional well-being.
- Assist with meal preparation and feeding as needed ensuring dietary guidelines are followed.
- Maintain a clean and safe living environment by performing light housekeeping tasks.
- Follow all care plans and adhere to infection control procedures.
Requirements
- Ability to perform physical tasks associated with client care.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Reliable compassionate and patient-focused attitude.
- Valid drivers license and reliable transportation preferred.
- Must pass background checks
