Financial Advisor at Kairos
Position Overview: Kairos Accounting is looking for a knowledgeable and client-focused Financial Advisor to join our team. This role involves providing expert financial advice to our clients helping them make informed decisions about their financial futures. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of financial markets investment strategies and personal finance management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Client Financial Assessment: Conduct comprehensive evaluations of clients financial situations goals and risk tolerance.
- Investment Strategy Development: Develop personalized investment strategies and financial plans tailored to clients needs and objectives.
- Financial Planning and Advice: Provide ongoing financial planning and advice including retirement planning tax strategies estate planning and risk management.
- Portfolio Management: Manage and monitor clients investment portfolios making adjustments as necessary to align with financial goals and market conditions.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients offering timely and proactive financial advice.
- Market Analysis: Stay abreast of financial market trends and economic developments to inform investment strategies and client recommendations.
- Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all financial advice and planning adheres to legal and regulatory requirements.
- Educational Initiatives: Conduct financial education workshops and seminars for clients and the community.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelors degree in Finance Economics or related field; Masters degree or professional certifications (e.g. CFP CPA) preferred.
- Proven experience as a Financial Advisor or relevant financial planning role.
- In-depth knowledge of financial planning investment strategies and market analysis.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong interpersonal and communication abilities with an emphasis on building client relationships.
- Proficiency in financial planning software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Detail-oriented with high ethical standards and professionalism.
