As a Senior Pavement Engineer you will be at the forefront of our pavement design materials construction and rehabilitation projects. From field assessments and investigations to design training technical support and post-construction evaluation you will focus every aspect of completing successful pavement projects.

In addition to the above you will:

Deliver fit-for-purpose design solutions across diverse projects
Continuously improve our maintenance and construction practices
Drive tendering processes offering technical expertise and innovative solutions
Carry out field inspections to assess pavement integrity and performance
Provide construction phase support ensuring technical excellence
Promote our teams capability both internally and externally
Be a champion of safety always leading with a Living Safely mindset

Were looking for someone with:

Tertiary qualification in engineering (or related discipline) or specialisation in pavement engineering
A minimum of 5 years experience in pavement design investigation testing including sustainability and innovation.
Solid understanding of pavement engineering principles Austroads guidelines and asset management life cycle of pavements and surfacing
Experience in Circly Rubicon Toolbox APSDS and HIPAVE.
Chartered Professional Engineer (CPEng NZ) or working toward being chartered
