Digital Product Manager.

Salary:35700per annum.

Location:Homebased. Must belocatedpermanently in the UK.

Contract:Permanent 35 hours per week.

A bit about the role

We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivatingDigital Product Managerto design build and deliver user-centred digital services and products to help organisationalobjectivesand ultimately supportyoung people and families across the UK.

Howyoullhelp to create brighter futures

  • Define our digital products and services.

  • Understand user needs by conducting user research using a variety of techniques.

  • Bring together multi-disciplinary teams - including our frontline service practitioners IT data and governance fundraising communications safeguarding and agencies to ensure we explore thedifferent waysof looking at a problem.

  • Use design thinking co-production and service design methods and tools to develop and manage digital platforms.

  • Use a lean approach to product design and innovation.

  • Map internal stakeholders and make a communication plan recognising thedifferent levelsof stakeholder involvement.

  • Work with our digital partners agencies and colleagues across Action for Children to design build andmaintainour digital products.

Letstalk about you

  • Experience of digitalproduct andplatform management.

  • Ability to build product roadmaps andmaintain prioritiseand communicate a product backlog.

  • Good knowledge ofdataanalytics(includingtools such as GA4)andoptimisingtactics fordigital products.

  • A strong communicator with experience managingcomplex stakeholder relationships and ability to communicate the impact of product improvements and ROI.

  • You will have experience of Conversion Rate Optimisation principlesand testing.

  • Ability to work within adiverse andmulti-disciplinary team.

  • Experience using project managementmethodologyand tools e.g. Jira

  • Experience of using and managingcontent management systems

  • Experience of desk research horizon scanning and marketplace research.

  • Experienceof online and in-person workshop facilitation.

  • You are passionate about inclusive and accessible service and product designand always on top ofnew trendsand innovation.

  • Knowledge of managing external agenciesand budgets.

  • Knowledge ofcode deployment processes and QA/UAT.
