Description

This position is responsible for growing sales to a group of regional clients that either purchase or have Headquarters in a given geography. This role will establish strategic account plans while building and maintaining relationships with decision makers and influencers at clients headquarters and regional offices.



Responsibilities

Thepositionwilldelivercompellingpresentationstoimpacttheactionsthoughtsandbeliefsoftheaudiencepositioning Sherwin-Williams as a trusted partner.

Thispositionisresponsibleforeffectivelyreachingmutuallysatisfactorysolutionsbothinternalandexternalthrough negotiations that strengthen relationships and advance goal attainment efforts.

Thisisdonebyassemblingresourcesexecutingstrategicagreementsthroughourfieldorganizationandcommunicating account priorities to each of the divisions.



Qualifications

Basic Qualifications:

Mustbeatleast18yearsofage.

Mustbelegallyauthorizedtoworkincountryofemploymentwithoutsponsorshipforemploymentvisastatus.

Musthaveavaliddriverslicense.

Musthavetheabilitytooperateacomputerandcommunicateviathe telephone.

Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.

Required

High school diploma or comparable certification (e.g. GED)

Preferred

Bachelorsdegreeinabusiness-relatedfield.

DemonstratedleadershipskillsasalargevolumeSales Rep.

Effectiveleadershipskills&demonstratedabilitytodirectsellingteams.

Demonstratedabilitytocreatehighlevelclientrelationships.

Abilitytoestablishcredibilitythroughconsistentcommunicationexecutionandperformance.

Strongwrittenandverbalcommunicationskills.

DemonstratedsignificantsuccessfulSales&Marketingexperience.
