About the Opportunity
Our clients Application Evolution Services (AES) team operates within Managed Services Operations and is responsible for the long-term stability enhancement and modernization of enterprise SAP environments.
The team supports clients across the full lifecycle from L2/L3 support and change management to continuous innovation of SAP solutions.
They are now seeking a Senior SAP Fiori Developer to deliver full-stack Fiori solutions particularly within Finance and Controlling landscapes in a German-speaking client environment.
The Role
You will design and develop end-to-end SAP Fiori applications while supporting ongoing managed services activities including ticket processing and change requests.
This role combines hands-on development with client-facing support responsibilities.
What Youll Do
- Design and develop full-stack SAP Fiori applications (frontend backend)
- Build and enhance solutions using ODATA Business Application Studio and Fiori Launchpad
- Develop applications aligned with SAP Finance and Controlling processes
- Process tickets and implement change requests within SLA frameworks
- Support continuous improvement of SAP solutions
- Collaborate with international stakeholders and German-speaking clients
- Contribute to modernization of SAP environments
What Were Looking For
- Minimum 3 years SAP Fiori full-stack development
- Minimum 5 years SAP Finance & Controlling experience
- Strong hands-on experience with:

ABAP (nice to have but valuable)
- Experience in managed services / application support
- University degree (Bachelor/Master) or equivalent
- German B2 (mandatory) and strong English
- Ability to work with SLA-driven ticket environments
Strong Differentiators
- Experience in S/4HANA or BW/4HANA environments
- Background in L2/L3 SAP support
- Experience in Finance/Controlling process integration
- Exposure to SAP Analytics Cloud
- Experience working with German enterprise clients
- Managed services or AMS background
Work Model & Location
- Based in Poland (preferred: Warsaw Kraków Katowice Gdańsk)
- Hybrid or fully remote within Poland
- Quarterly travel to Frankfurt Germany required
- Candidates must have work authorization in Poland
