We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Events and Sales Assistant to support the planning coordination and execution of events while assisting with client-facing sales activities. You will play a key role in ensuring smooth operations and maintaining high standards across events and sales support functions.
Responsibilities
Assist in the coordination and execution of on-site events
Support sales activities through client interaction and follow-ups
Maintain accurate records related to events and client engagements
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure operational efficiency
Provide on-site support before during and after events
Represent the company professionally in all client interactions
Assist with logistical planning and scheduling
