Role Overview
We are looking for a Growth Marketing & Business Strategy Manager who can drive scalable growth by combining data-driven marketing strategic planning and business optimization. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying growth opportunities improving customer acquisition and retention and aligning marketing initiatives with overall business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
Growth Marketing
Develop and execute growth strategies across digital channels (Performance Marketing SEO Social Media Email WhatsApp Marketplaces).
Plan and optimize customer acquisition activation retention and monetization funnels.
Analyze campaign performance and user behavior to improve ROI and conversion rates.
Run A/B tests and experiments to identify high-impact growth levers.
Collaborate with product design and tech teams to improve user experience and conversions.
Business Strategy
Identify new revenue streams partnerships and market expansion opportunities.
Conduct market research competitor analysis and customer insights.
Prepare growth forecasts business plans and strategic reports for leadership.
Support pricing strategies go-to-market plans and product launches.
Monitor key business KPIs and recommend corrective actions.
Required Skills & Qualifications
36 years of experience in Growth Marketing Business Strategy or related roles.
Strong understanding of performance marketing (Google Meta marketplaces analytics).
Experience with data analysis tools (Google Analytics Excel dashboards).
Strategic thinking with a hands-on execution mindset.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced growth-oriented environment.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in D2C E-commerce SaaS or Digital-first businesses.
Familiarity with CRM tools marketing automation and funnel optimization.
MBA or equivalent business qualification (preferred not mandatory).
