The opportunity:
Actively contribute to the advancement of key initiatives within the Enterprise Operations Division by conducting comprehensive process reviews situational analyses and data consolidation.
Play a key role in the lifecycle of departmental documentation and review update and format Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and training materials to ensure they meet current business objectives.
Support the migration of resources and data from existing platforms to enhanced solutions to ensure organizational continuity and operational readiness.
Identify and lead opportunities to streamline and automate manual processes and tasks to improve efficiency and executional excellence.
Facilitate data integrity and compliance by performing quality checks on databases and training matrices to ensure all documentation aligns with business requirements.
Provide project management support by tracking milestones coordinating with cross-functional stakeholders and ensuring the timely execution of key initiatives.
Support internal requests for digital and online training content creation ensuring business objectives are met through innovative and effective solutions.
Who you are:
You are currently pursuing a Bachelors Degree in Lifesciences healthcare Business Industrial Engineering STEM and related fields.
Demonstrates excellent written communication collaboration and interpersonal skills.
Capable of working independently and thriving in a team environment.
Aligns with our culture of Integrity Courage and Passion guiding daily behavior and decisions.
Proficient in Google Suite data analysis and possesses strong attention to detail organization and ability to work with ambiguity.
Preferred:
Knowledge or experience in process improvement and AI/ automation.
Demonstrates exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with a proven ability to collaborate effectively across diverse cross-functional teams
Additional Information:
Location: Based in Mississauga Hybrid (minimum of 3 days per week in the office).
Hours: Full-time (35 hours per week) Internship
Length: This position is a 4-month internship and is expected to begin in May 2026.
