Are you a results-driven hospitality leader with a passion for people and a knack for high-volume operations We are seeking a dynamic Publican to take the reins at the Iron Horse Inn.
The Iron Horse Inn is a well-loved community hub known for its bustling bistro popular bar and friendly atmosphere. This is a venue with a loyal local following and a high-volume trade that requires a leader who is both a commercial expert and a visible welcoming presence on the floor. If you are ready to take full ownership of a successful operation and drive it to new heights this is your next career move.
A day in the life of a Publican:
- You know the locals by name they reckon youre one of their own all while keeping a sharp eye on the P&L.
- You run the place like its your own modern-day home keeping things safe smooth and compliant.
- Youre the pillar of the local community and the driving force behind a high-performing team.
- You put out fires before anyone even notices there was smoke.
- You bring the vibe the service and the smiles every shift every day.
Inherent requirements:
This is a hands-on role that involves manual handling and lifting as part of regular duties (e.g. moving stock kegs and deliveries). Applicants must have the ability to perform physical tasks safely and efficiently.
About you:
You already know if this is for you. Youve got the experience the presence and the pride it takes to own a pub like its been yours forever. Youre not just running a venue - youre living the Publican life.
Hold current industry RSA and RSG/RCG qualifications as per state requirements
