Business Development Manager (ANZ)
Location: Melbourne (Hybrid)
Salary: $85000 base $30000 bonus

Were working with a high-growth cyber security SaaS business supporting mission-critical infrastructure and enterprise clients across ANZ spanning energy water rail mining oil & gas and more.
This is a genuinely rare chance to join an early-stage ANZ team get exposure beyond pure outbound and learn how enterprise SaaS sales is actually built and scaled.
The role:
Youll sit at the front of the funnel engaging new prospects qualifying inbound and outbound interest and setting high-quality meetings for senior sales and partnerships leaders. Youll also support marketing events and campaigns that directly contribute to pipeline.
What youll be doing:
- Booking meetings and building early-stage pipeline
- Supporting outbound sales activity across ANZ
- Coordinating and attending marketing & industry events
- Partnering with sales marketing and alliance teams
- Maintaining clean accurate CRM activity
What were looking for:
- High energy organised and accountable
- Strong communicator with natural curiosity
- Interest in SaaS and cyber security sales
- Team-first mindset with a genuine appetite to learn
- 02 years corporate experience preferred
- Degree nice-to-have not essential
