Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and versatile General Assistant to join our team in Perth. As a General Assistant you will play a crucial role in supporting various departments and ensuring smooth operations within our organization.

  • Provide exceptional customer service by addressing guest needs and requests promptly and professionally
  • Assist in food and beverage service ensuring a friendly and efficient dining experience for guests
  • Collaborate with team members to maintain a clean and organized work environment
  • Support various departments as needed demonstrating flexibility and adaptability
  • Comply with health and safety regulations including food service and catering guidelines
  • Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in all work areas
  • Assist in inventory management and restocking supplies
  • Contribute to creating a positive and inclusive work atmosphere
  • Participate in team meetings and training sessions to enhance skills and knowledge

Qualifications :

  • Passion for customer service and hospitality
  • Strong teamwork skills with the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on efficiency and organization
  • Adaptability to changing priorities and the ability to multitask effectively
  • Basic knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices
  • Proficiency in time management and prioritization
  • Previous experience in a similar role especially in the food service or hospitality industry is preferred but not required
  • Willingness to learn and grow within the organization
